Return Policy

Returns

All sales are final. We do not currently accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, please let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

 

Order Arrived Damaged

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us at hellotaylorxmichele@gmail.com within 48 hours with your name, order number, and well-lit photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We are happy to assist you. 

Incorrect Address / Changing Your Shipping Address 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase via email at hellotaylorxmichele@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Orders returned or not delivered by the carrier due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund and may be charged an additional shipping fee in order to cover the cost of resending the item if the correct address is not provided at checkout. 

Missing or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages that have been marked as "delivered" on the tracking page. If your package has been stolen or is missing, yet marked as "delivered," please contact the mail theft department of the corresponding shipping company (For ex, USPS, FedEx, UPS) for further directions.
