Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All artwork, paintings, prints, images, videos, written content, audio, designs, and creative materials displayed or sold through this website or associated social media platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Taylor X Michele, unless otherwise stated.

The purchase of an original artwork, fine art print, commission, or digital product does not transfer copyright or grant reproduction rights to the buyer.

You may not copy, reproduce, scan, modify, distribute, license, resell, or use any artwork or content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written permission and approval from the artist.

This restriction includes, but is not limited to:

Prints or reproductions
NFTs or blockchain-based assets
Merchandise or derivative works
Digital or physical redistribution

Sharing purchased artwork on social media is welcome, provided the artist is clearly credited and the image is not altered or used for commercial gain.

All social media content created by Taylor X Michele — including videos, photographs, captions, and audio — remains the intellectual property of Taylor X Michele unless explicitly licensed otherwise in writing.

Product Information & Orders

Please review all product descriptions carefully prior to purchasing. Dimensions listed include any borders unless otherwise noted.

While every effort is made to accurately represent artwork through photography and video, colors may vary due to differences in screen calibration, lighting conditions, and display settings across devices.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these variations.

Risk of Loss & Care of Artwork

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Taylor X Michele is not responsible for damage caused after delivery, including but not limited to:

Improper handling
Smudging or fingerprints
Tearing or creasing
Exposure to moisture, heat, humidity, or direct sunlight
Improper framing or storage

All products, artwork, and prints are inspected thoroughly prior to shipment to ensure consistent quality standards are met.

Promotional Use & Influencer Content

Artwork and products sold by Taylor X Michele may be photographed or featured in marketing materials, website content, or social media promotion.

By purchasing from Taylor X Michele, you acknowledge that images of the artwork (excluding customer likeness or personal information) may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Sponsored content, gifted products, or paid partnerships will be disclosed in accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, Taylor X Michele shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

In no event shall liability exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law
